Genevieve (Jane) Dean, age 92, of Orlando, Florida (formerly of Albany, New York) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on December 19th, 2012. She is now reunited with her Husband Anthony J. Dean, Sr. and God in Heaven above.
She was born in Watervliet, New York on February 4, 1921 and daughter of the late Marcel Kruszeski and Jadwiga Ruta Kruszeski; raised in the Albany, New York, where she met the love of her life, her husband Anthony J. Dean, Sr., who was Deputy Chief of Police of the Albany Police Department.
She loved her Bingo nights, playing cards, gardening and working on arts and crafts.
Jane, as she was known, is survived by her Daughter Connie (Michael) Mariani and their children Audrey, Michelle and David; Son Anthony J. (Gail) Dean, Jr. and their children Anthony, Cherie and Richard; Daughter Patricia (Kevin) Romano and their Children Lauren and Anthony: and six great-grandchildren JR, Tucker, McKenzie, Dylan, Riley and Lexi. She is also survived by her sisters Irene Klinowski of New York and Theresa Ciepcielinski of Florida. She was predeceased by four brothers Louis, Chester, John and Stanley Kruszeski; and three sisters Helen Mlynarick, Emily Noonan and Marion Monahan.
At Jane's request, there will be no calling hours or services.
Her family would like to thank Ocoee Health Care Center in Ocoee, Florida for making the past 5 years of her life filled with their wonderful care, fun times, love and laughter.
